Returns
In the event you should need to return any item to us, please contact us either by phone or email (1-800-360-3990 x211 or [email protected]) to request a Returned Goods Authorization. We will instruct you how to package and ship the goods for inspection, repair or a warranty claim.
Processing packages received without an RGA number may be delayed. Please contact us in advance of returning any items. All returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box and all paperwork. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be unmarked and in new condition. Custom engraved products are non-returnable.
