Each Tri-Nut also works well in more typical placements too. Because of their unique shape, Tri-Nuts will fit three distinct crack sizes, providing you with more placement opportunities than normal nuts. Ever find out you were off by one size after you pull it from your rack? You have to go back to the rack, figure out which nut is the next size up or down and try to fiddle that piece into the crack. With Tri-Nuts, if you pick the wrong piece the first time, you can just rotate the nut to find that perfect fit!

Sizes 0-8 are built from machined steel, mono-cables, and then brazed. The mono-cable design permits incredible flexibility, and a truly low-profile design that is easy to slot through the bottoms of pin-scars and other narrow features. Sizes 9-14 are machined from aluminum for lighter weight and are swaged with aircraft steel cables. Other details abound in these nuts too: notice the crown at the top of each nut. It provides stability and strength in marginal placements. And those little divots in each face means you can adjust the placement perfectly around crystalline features and other irregularities.
